At Cat Rescue Network (CRN), we understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to find a safe and loving home for a cat. If you have found a stray cat or can no longer care for your pet, please complete our Cat Intake Application Form and email it to us.
How It Works
- Download the intake form – Click here to download the form.
- Fill out the form – Provide as much detail as possible about the cat’s health, behaviour, and personality.
- Send the form and a photo – Email the completed form and a clear photo of the cat to flora_louise@yahoo.ca.
- Review and next steps – Our team will review your submission and contact you regarding availability and possible next steps.

Important Information
- Limited intake capacity – CRN is a volunteer-run rescue with limited resources. Intake decisions are based on urgency and available foster homes.
- Foster and donation options – You can temporarily foster the cat or contribute toward vet care, please indicate this in the form.
- Follow-up – We may reach out for more details or to discuss alternative solutions if we are unable to take in the cat immediately.
